Once an order has been placed, there is a short amount of time before shipping where we can modify an order. Please contact us ASAP with any changes to sizes.

Unfortunately, we cannot add products to your order as we do not save payment info. You'll have to place another order to add new items. To cancel your order, see below.

To cancel an order before it ships, please contact us ASAP at info@ElManorAve.com. We will make every effort to honor your request. If your order has already been processed, we are not able to cancel your order. We understand that this can be frustrating. That's why we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on our products. For more details, see our Return Policy.

We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

No. Unfortunately, we cannot provide price adjustments on products purchased before a sale launches. We will do our best to notify customers of upcoming sales on our website, social media, and by email (if subscribed).

No. You can only use one discount code per order unless otherwise stated. There may be special occasions where multiple discount codes are allowed.


Estimated shipping times provided during checkout are provided by our shipping carries and are not guaranteed. For the most up-to-date arrival timelines, please use the tracking number or link found in your shipping confirmation email.

That said, most orders take 4-5 business days. This does not include any processing time on our end, which can take 1-2 days.

You can track your order with the tracking link or tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation email. Not seeing a confirmation number? Contact us at info@elmanorave.com. We'll make sure that you get one.

No. At the moment, we only accept orders from and ship to the United States of America.

All products from El Manor Ave are processed in and ship from Washington state, USA. We don't drop-ship any products or have third-party fulfillment centers.

Sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as delivered too early. Please allow 48-72 hours for the package to show up after you receive this notification.

If the package does not show up, please contact your local post office for more information. Once we give your package to the carrier, they are given responsibility for the package's arrival. If you still cannot find answers after contacting the carrier, please contact us at info@elmanorave.com.

Yes! We offer free shipping on U.S. orders that are $100 and above. If a discount code or promotion (such as a sale) is used, the order amount still needs to exceed the $100 threshold to qualify for free shipping.

Sometimes. Orders are normally shipped out during weekdays (Monday-Friday). However, we will be hard at work processing orders on weekends and getting them ready to ship as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us at info@elmanorave.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will reply with the return address for the items.

Once your item is received, we will process your refund or exchange according to our Returns Policy.

We offer returns for all unaltered, undamaged items within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags. Items that have been dried, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a full refund, although a partial refund may be possible depending on the condition.

Items must be returned to El Manor Ave at the address we provide before any refund is issued. Please do not send any items back before contacting us.

Yes! We offer exchanges for items with the same style or design within 30 days of your delivery date. We cannot offer exchanges for a different item (for example, we cannot exchange a Navy Tahoma shirt for a Black Tahoma shirt, but we can exchange the same shirt for a different size). Items must be returned in an unworn/unaltered condition with all original tags.

Contact us for more information and to get a return address. Once your package is received by us, we can process your exchange.

Please note that we cannot refund return shipping costs. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs for us to send the new items out to you.

Products, Size, and Care

We do have a size chart. You can use the size chart provided on every product page, or visit our comprehensive Sizing page. There, you can see measurements, tips, and watch videos to help you find the perfect size.

Check the label on your shirt for specific information on how to care for your items.

In general, our clothing should be machine washed in cold water with like colors. Use a low temperature dryer setting or air dry to extend the life of your item(s).

Do not dry clean or iron.

Yes. Our shirt materials are made in the United States and are assembled in either Nicaragua or Honduras. These facilities are certified sweatshop-free. All of our printed graphics and embroideries are completed in Utah in the United States by a local business.

Our clothing runs from size XS to 2XL. If your size is out of stock, please check back later.
